Yoga of Sound
1 DAY ~ MANTRA & VOICE
Sound as a doorway
Sound has been used as a doorway to meditation and awakening for thousands of years. In this one-day workshop you learn about the essentials of traditional Mantra practice, and you are invited to rediscover your own voice as a direct path into presence, resonance and unity.
Drawing from the ancient traditions of Mantra & Nāda Yoga, the Yoga of Sound, we explore how sound can awaken the body, harmonize the energetic field, deepen awareness, and ultimately lead us beyond sound itself—into silence.
Throughout the day we move through a guided journey of practices that are accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Together we will open the voice, chant the primordial sound OM, explore the essential principles of Mantra and Nāda Yoga, and use sound as a vehicle for meditation and inner transformation.
Mantra recitation focusses the mind, devotional singing invites the heart to open, while a deeply relaxing sound bath offers space for integration and rest.
