What is Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy offers a space in which we do not begin from analysis or explanation, but from listening – to the body, the breath, the voice, the silence, and the resonance of life itself.
In an individual sound therapy session, you are invited to slow down, to feel, and to reconnect with what is present within you. Sound is used not merely as a tool for relaxation or as a technique, but as a gateway to awareness, presence, and inner transformation.
What to Expect During a Session?
A session may include different elements, depending on your needs and on what arises in the moment:

receptive sound experiences with voice and instruments;

working with breath, resonance, and body awareness;

voice liberation and the exploration of your own sound;

silence and meditative presence;

space for conversation, integration, and reflection.
How Sound Therapy Can Support You
Sound therapy can be supportive for, among other things:

stress, overwhelm, and burnout;

anxiety, restlessness, and sleep difficulties;

emotional blockages or challenging life transitions;

energetic blockages;
-
a loss of connection with yourself or your body;

a longing for greater depth, stillness, or spiritual growth;

the search for greater authenticity, freedom, and aliveness.
Each session is unique. There is no predetermined path or goal that needs to be achieved. Together, we listen to what wishes to reveal itself and create space for whatever wants to be heard, felt, or transformed. More than a therapy, this is an encounter: with yourself, with silence, and with the deeper resonance of life.
If desired and appropriate, a series of sessions can be arranged.
A Unique and Personal Process
My approach is inspired by many years of experience with sound healing, Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound), meditation, shamanic healing and contemplative traditions. I see sound not merely as something we hear, but as a fundamental quality of existence itself: a vibrating intelligence that can help us remember who we truly are, beyond tension, stories, and conditioning.
In these sessions I am here to fully listen to you and to see together what it is that you really need right now. Together we enter a spontaneous, healing, vibratory field.
