Payment & Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation by the Participant

​

Because places in this training are limited and significant preparation is required, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Up to 2 months before the start date → Full refund, minus a €150 administrative fee.

• Between 2 months and 1 month before the start date → €1000  refund of the total course fee.

• Within 1 month of the start date → No refund will be issued.

• After the training has started → No refunds are possible under any circumstances.

• ​

Important:
For participants on the installment plan, the above cancellation rules apply to the entire course fee, not just the installments already paid.
Once the refund window has passed, the full payment obligation remains, even if you stop attending the program.

2) Exceptions: Illness or Accident

​

In the case of serious illness, accident, or other medical emergencies, a full refund will be granted, provided you submit official medical documentation.

3) Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer

​

In the unlikely event that the organizer must cancel the training, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
If significant schedule changes occur, you will be notified immediately and offered the choice to:

• Accept the new dates, or

• Receive a full refund of any payments made.

4) Live Retreats & Online Content

​

Participation in the included live retreats is an integral part of this training.
If you choose not to attend a retreat, no partial refunds will be provided.
You will still have access to all online content and recordings regardless of retreat attendance.

5) International Participants

​

For participants traveling internationally, we strongly recommend purchasing a travel and cancellation insurance policy to cover potential disruptions such as illness, visa issues, or flight cancellations.

6) Responsibility & Disclaimer

​

By registering, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your participation and well-being during the program.

• Ensure you are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to engage in the practices.

• Understand that this training does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

7) Acceptance of Terms

​

By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these payment and cancellation policies.
